Distance Selling Contract

This Distance Selling Contract is made between:

and

The Customer, as identified by the information provided during the purchase process (“the Buyer”).

1. Definitions

• “Contract” means this legally binding agreement between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of digital products.
• “Digital Products” refers to the web themes available for purchase on the Seller’s website, webthemeshub.com.
• “Price” means the total cost of the digital product, inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees.

2. Formation of the Contract

• By placing an order on the Seller’s website, the Buyer makes an offer to purchase the selected digital product(s) under the terms and conditions of this Contract.
• The Seller’s acceptance of the offer is confirmed by the delivery of the digital product(s) to the Buyer via electronic means (e.g., download link, email).

3. Description of Digital Products

• The Seller shall ensure that each digital product is accompanied by a clear and accurate description, including its features, functionalities, and any technical requirements.
• The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the description before making a purchase to ensure the digital product meets their needs.

4. Price and Payment

• The Price for each digital product is displayed on the Seller’s website and is subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods on the Seller’s website.

5. Delivery

• Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive the digital product(s) electronically, typically via a download link or email.
• The Seller aims to deliver the digital product(s) promptly but shall not be liable for any delays caused by technical issues or circumstances beyond their control.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Seller retains all intellectual property rights to the digital products.
• The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for their personal or business use, as specified in the product’s license agreement.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once the product has been delivered.
• However, the Seller may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as if the digital product is faulty or not as described.

8. Liability
